This agarwood has a very calming, sweet smell, I think it's good if you want to use it to help with meditation. HOWEVER, this is a very delicate agarwood (or at least, the piece that I have is very delicate). So whatever you do, do not burn it directly on a coal. Use a foil or mica on top of the coal. It has a very nice scent, but you have to treat the wood with a lot of respect and care, so you draw out the scent slowly and gently.
